The role of Clerks of Works is to act as an independent inspector and quality control supervisor on sites on behalf of the client.

Check that the works on site are being constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications along with all relevant British Standards and current legislation.

Our aim is to deliver a personal, professional, reliable and quality service where the highest possible standards are achieved.

We ensure compliance with design, allowing us to monitor progress and perform defects and snagging inspections.

All Clerks of Works are active members of ICWCI (The Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of Great Britain Inc.) hold CSCS cards and attend regular CPD courses.
